TERMS OF SERVICE — BLUE SENOJ
Effective date: June 8, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Blue Senoj website and your engagement of our photography services. By using our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Blue Senoj Photography provides professional photography and related media services. Specific deliverables, dates, locations, and pricing are set out in your booking confirmation or service agreement.
Booking, Deposits, and Payment
A booking is confirmed once we receive a signed agreement and/or a deposit, where required. A non-refundable retainer of 50% may be required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date. Accepted payment methods and any late-payment terms are stated at booking.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Deposits and retainers are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Requests to reschedule should be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule in cases of illness, equipment failure, or events beyond our control; in such cases we will work in good faith to find a new date or refund payments for undelivered services.
Photographs, Copyright, and Usage
Blue Senoj retains the copyright to all images created. Upon full payment, the client receives a personal-use license to the delivered images (printing and sharing for personal, non-commercial purposes), unless a separate commercial license is agreed in writing. We may use images for our portfolio, website, and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing before the session. Clients may not edit or alter delivered images in a way that misrepresents our work, and may not claim authorship.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, arrive on time, secure any necessary permissions or venue permits, and obtain consent from individuals (including parents or guardians of minors) who appear in photographs.
Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
By opting in to our text-messaging program (see our Privacy Policy, Section 3), you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Blue Senoj Photography about booking inquiries, appointment confirmations, reminders, customer service, and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Senoj's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless Blue Senoj from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and images are the property of Blue Senoj and may not be used without our written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date reflects the latest version. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
